I am a HR leader driven by Passion, focused with a Purpose on enabling others and Persistent on delivery results. Guided by these principles I have built HR Plans using my expertise in Talent Management, Leadership development, Employee Relations, Engagement and Organisational Development.

Ive got great satisfaction from the results on an organisational level with the achievement of awards, achievement of business results, and celebration of success. However, for me the biggest impact I’ve had is seeing individuals be they leaders I’ve supported, team members Ive led, partners Ive worked with, achieve more than they ever imagined.
